Information that WellnessProWorld collects

When placing orders with WellnessProWorld, you may be asked ertain types of personally identifiable information, such as your first and last name, social security number, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card number, bank information in connection with bank transfer payments, etc. This information allows WellnessProWorld to administer its business, provide customer service, communicate Company news and product offers, and to fulfill your orders.

Use of Information

WellnessProWorld uses personal information it collects about you to administer its business, provide customer service, communicate Company news and product offers, to fulfill your orders, but to no other purpose. WellnessProWorld does not sell, trade or rent any collected personal information to third parties. However, WellnessProWorld may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of WellnessProWorld, WellnessProWorld Distributors, or others.

Information Security

At WellnessProWorld, we are highly committed to keeping your information safe and secure. All personal data that we collect is protected against unauthorized access. When you place credit card orders, we offer the use of a secure server. To further protect our customer identities, WellnessProWorld does not store credit card numbers for future orders.

Credit Cards

WellnessProWorld accepts all major credit cards: VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

To prevent any kind of credit card fraud, WellnessProWorld only ship credit card orders to the verified billing address that is listed on your credit card account. (This is the address to which your monthly credit card statement arrives). If you cannot have your order delivered to your billing address, we ask that you contact your credit card company and add the shipping address as an alternate address. This is a common practice and will only take a few minutes to do.

Please note that WellnessProWorld can only accept credit cards issued by a US bank.

Money Orders/Personal Checks

As an alternative payment method, WellnessProWorld offers payment via personal check or money order. Please send a money order or personal check in the amount of the sales total (including all shipping, packaging & handling and tax charges) to the following address:

Please note that WellnessProWorld ships all money order/check orders only after the payment has been received and cleared by the WellnessProWorld bank. Please also note that WellnessProWorld does not accept checks drawn on non-U.S. banks.

Domestic and International Orders

WellnessProWorld can currently ship orders within United States only.

Packaging & Handling Charges

WellnessPro collects packaging & handling charge in the amount of $4.99 per order to guarantee delivery of WellnessPro products in excellent condition to any destination.

Orders within California

As a merchant registered with the State of California, WellnessPro charges 8.25% sales tax to all orders shipped within California or picked up from the WellnessPro California locations (Cal. Rev. & Tax. Cd. §6051).

Orders outside of California

WellnessPro does not charge sales tax to orders shipped outside of California.

Resale of WellnessProWorld products

Being a reseller of WellnessPro products, you are solely responsible for collecting and paying all applicable sales taxes on all re-sales within or outside the State of California. Please seek any advice regarding the applicability, collection and remittance of the sales tax from your tax advisor, as it relates to sales attributable to you or your efforts.

Return and Exchange Policy

WellnessPro gladly accepts returns of unopened and unused WellnessPro products for refunds only and within 14 days since the day of purchase.

Please note that shipping and packaging & handling fees are not refundable.

Modifications to WellnessProWorld Policies

These WellnessProWorld Policies are effective as of October 12, 2005. WellnessProWorld reserves the right to change these Policies at any time. Any changes to the Policies will be effective immediately upon posting the latest version on WellnessProWorld web-site.

Shipping Methods

WellnessProWorld currently ships by FedEx Ground, an economical shipping option. FedEx Ground service usually takes 5-8 business days.

If you are in a rush to receive your order, you may choose from one of the express delivery methods – FedEx Overnight, FedEx 2nd Day Air or FedEx 3rd Day Air. Call WellnessPro corporate office at 800-669-1933, use this vendor number: 100190.

FedEx Overnight, FedEx 2nd Day Air and FedEx 3rd Day Air deliver orders on the next, second and third business day guaranteed.

Please note that WellnessProWorld ships all orders received before 2 pm PST on the same business day. Orders received after 2 pm PST are shipped on the next business day.
